The Investigations Unit considers and enquires into alleged breaches of the Act, or any allegations of corrupt or dishonest conduct.

If you wish to allege or make a complaint that a person in public life or any person exercising a public function is in contravention of the Act, has a conflict of interest in relation to the Register of Interests or is committing or has committed an offence under the Prevention of Corruption Act (i.e. “Integrity in Public Life Act Chapter 22:01”) – you can submit your complaint via the following methods:

    1. Electronically via Email,
    2. By Registered Post,
    3. In-person or,
    4. By FAX.

    The Complaint Submission Form (see below); contains the detailed instructions regarding the four (4) options above.

    It is also recommended that the Complaint Submission Form be completed and used as part of your complaint submission.
