The Integrity in Public Life Act, Chapter 22: 01

The Integrity Commission of Trinidad and Tobago wishes to notify of the following:
.
– Those who served as a Person in Public Life as at December 31, 2020;
– Those whose period of service as a Person in Public Life ended during the year 2020;
.
that they have an obligation to file declarations of income, assets and liabilities and statements of registrable interests for the year ended December 31, 2020 by May 31, 2021 in accordance with Sections 11 (1), 11 (4) and 14 (1) of the Integrity in Public Life Act, Chap. 22:01, which state:
